Pie Consulting & Engineering will only use your information for purposes of completing your transaction with us, and for our own internal demographic and marketing purposes. Marketing purposes include our sending email and direct mail containing continuing education class information, special offers, promotions, tips, support, and other marketing information.

We use the information you provide about yourself or about someone else when submitting a job only to complete that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that job.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register for continuing education classes on our web site. Information you submit on our web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Correct Your Information

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request using our online mailing list change form, or simply send an email to info@pieforensic.com.

You can remove yourself from either or both of our in-house marketing lists, at any time. Simply complete our mailing list change form, and write your comments to be removed from our database. You may also send an email to info@pieforensic.com and request to be removed from either our mailing list or email list, or both. Please supply your email and/or mailing address so we can remove you properly.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
